Hi. For back pain you can apply Volini gel twice a day . Lower abd pain shd not be ignored .  there is anyproblem in passing urine then chek it out . Start Calcium tab 500 mg daily . Also start Susten 200mg at bed time daily . Please contact yr dr if not ok .
