By 2 weeks pregnancy your body undergoes a lot of changes. But only when the hormones begin to rise you start feeling the symptoms of pregnancy which can be as early as 4-5 weeks

there might be implantation bleeding , but basically you cannot differentiate period and pregnancy symptoms its more or less same

Nothing specific
you will have to wait till a skipped period to do a pregnancy test to be sure

No symptom is specific for pregnancy. Pregnancy is confirmed by UPT once you missed your periods
