Early pregnancy with no fetal heart beat
I am 6 week pregnant now yesterday I have underwent through transvaginal ultrasound and no fetal heart beat was shown and also there is a unilocular cyst in my left ovary with 62×66×84mm,volume=182ml and in the impression of the report it was written failed pregnancy.I am so worried kindly suggest what to do
