Early signs of pregnancy
I had IUI done on 21st December and today being 2nd day of the missed period, I did a UPT and test was negative. But I'm having signs like gidiness, headache, breast pain, groin pain, milky + watery vaginal discharge. Can I still be pregnant? Are these early signs of pregnancy? When I can do another UPT?

Wait for 2 days more and still you didn't get menses then do bld bhcg test in lab... If you are on hormonal medicines, you can have all these above mentioned symptoms as well as you can miss menses till you taking those tablets..
