Hello drs..my 4 years old son has licked 4 or 5 crystals of soil today while playing in d park..I am little worried..I immediately washed his mouth several times with hot water..now what else I could to in order to avoid any kind of stomach problems

Dear mother just fewcrystals may be accidental if he does it again kindly get his CBC done that is blood test to know if child is anaemic
Keep a note he if eats any other in edible thing

Hi.
Eating soil is not normal for this age. Get him examined by a nearby paediatrician to rule out iron deficiencies

Soil eaten can’t be removed. Watch for stomach upset
