Can i eat chapathies with oil...??? can i eat 4 chapathies per day with oil...??? because we made chapathies with more oil... is it causes any digestive problems...??? or it may cause any...???

No it will not cause problems if quality of oil is good, also any thing in excess will be harmful

If you digest 4 chapatis easily then no problem...If you not then correct your quantity of chapatis

Why should you not eat oil?? Deep fried food will cause digestive problems. Not chapatis. Also remember. Oil is not bad. Excess oil is bad. You need some oil for you joints, eyes hair and skin. If you cook with 0 % oil you will end up with joint pains, hairfall , dry eyes etc
