Can i eat corn chips daily once with meal...? Can i eat it daily once in large amounts...? What will happen...? Are it will digest to me...? is there any digestive problems...?

Why are so much eager to eat corn chips.. We don't know which oil they use to make it.. excess of anything is bad.. it can lead to constripation
