I am a diabetic patient and take the following medicines for the same
gemerDapa xr(20+1+500) 1-0-1
Metformin 500mg 0-1-0
With lunch I am taking rice and a medium mango
My post pondrial blood sugar level after 2hrs of lunch is 135-140mg/dl consecutively for 3 days
Is it ok for me to eat mango once aday at lunch
For dinner I avoid it .my fasting level are 100-110 range

You are doing fairly well with your it sugar levels; though I need to know a bit more about HbA1c and if any other complications before I suggested something else.
Generalised Dapa xr can’t be 20/1/1000. It must be 10/2/1000 or 10/1/1000. Please check.
Regarding mango in lunch. Usually a small portion 50 to max 100 gm is okay. Once in. A day provided you have good sugar control.
Also, since you eating mango which reflects your interest in sugar and carbohydrate rich food. I would suggest to get vitamin b12 and vitamin d3 levels checked.
