Hi, I m nursing mother of baby boy 2 month old. I had unprotected sex with my husband yesterday. I m afraid of getting pregnant now. How should i avoid it. Should i take Emergency contraceptive pills like    i- pill readily available in India. Does oestrogens​ or progesterone pills make any difference to mother's milk. Which one should i take? Regards
