Ecg n advise
Plz check attached ecg? I was feeling dizzy, disoriented and fainting like since morning.. As if my heart was pausing and restarting and pausing .. But at one point I felt I was about to faint( didnt faint though) waited for an hour but condition worsened so went to hospital- ecg n bp checked and sent home... Then again after 2 hours I went to different hospital for ecg... I then slept for some hours n now woke up but still feel confused and as if pulse missing.. Hr checked is in 70's.. Also had watery stools twice today I have option to book 24 hour holter for tomorrow.. Shall I do it?

Your ECG is fine. Were you having the symptoms while doing ECG ? Seems like anxiety related. You can get holter done

Hi. Your ecg shows the heart rate is high. You have acute watery diahorrea, it may cause dehydration which leads to dizziness and fainting sensation. Diahorrea may lead to low potassium levels which may cause increased heart rate. First drink more water and take Oral rehydration solution (ORS) to improve your general health. If your symptoms are troublesome then consult and do tests for further evaluation.
