Ecg prolonged qtc
Today I got ecg done.. I have dizziness constant and sometimes palpiations... this machine interpretation says sinus Rhytm but qt- 398 and qtc as 500- prolonged qtc levels- borderline ecg Can anyone confirm and check? I read online about long qt and it was scary to read how lethal it is... thanks a lot

Your qt interval is 320ms and qtc is around 410msec . Which is at the most high normal. However your symptoms of dizziness and palpitations are a feature of long qt as well as other heart arrhythmic disorders. Which may or may not be true in your case.

Holter monitoring will give a clear picture.
