  4. ECG report consulation. Is the problem?

My niece had fainted and became unconcious for 2-3 minutes and after putting few drops of water on her face she became conscious. Attached is her report. can someone please let me know what does that report means and is there anything to worry or what is the problem??

ECG shows, ST depression and T wave inversion. Contact a Cardiologist for echo and detailed examination. Dr Nishith Chandra
