Hello doc
My father had chest pain yesterday, we went to the hospital and the ECG report says there is a slight st elevation (v1 and v4) after that doctor advised for
/*CK-MB -> 3.32( positive)
Troponin-T -> negative*/
Haemothology report
Haemoglobin -> 15.5
/*Total erythrocyte count -> 7.09 (normal range 4.0-6.2)*/
He is fine know it was may be due to gastric but I just wanted to know
The slight st elevation v1 and v4, erythrocyte count is normal or not?
Actually due to lock down we were not able to consult any cardiologist.
Thank you.

Hello,
If there is ST elevation in V1 to V4 with raised cpk mb then its a heart attack . I need to see the ECG first before I can advice anything
Consult online and share the ECG
