The ECG changes that you have mentioned need to be correlated with the clinical details like your complaints, examination findings, other investigations etc. and interpeted accordingly. As heart issues are increasingly seen in the younger age group recently, so please meet a qualified cardiologist as early as possible and get yourself personally examined and show him the ECG and other available tests to plan the further line of management.
