Ecg report
My father was having shortness of breath and tiredness problem from a month Got his x ray done where his heart size was increased report attached Also we have done the ecg report attached It it symptoms of congestive heart failure In my city no one is doing 2d echo I asked everyone on their counters But no one doing 2d echo Also in ultrasound his liver is mildly enlarged 16.25 cm Kindly guide me Is ecg has some problem

Heart rate is low. If he has breathlessness then can adjust the medication.Needs more evaluation on chest xray as it is abnormal.       So consult and chat with me online here so that I can guide you appropriately.

Hello, Looks fine to me. ECG has heart rate towards lower side but within normal limits. I think for now if breathlessness is reduced you can wait till you get his echo done. Because the ECG otherwise is quite normal. Take care. Stay safe
