Hello, You do not have heart disease. You have some helth anxiety issues. No need to keep repeating Echo again and again. You can do it every 2-3 years. And for this fear of heart failure you should consult a psychiatrist not cardiologist Take care

Hi mam. Usually young females will not affected by heart attack unless they are diabetic or smoker. So don't worry and go by your doctor advise. Other than echocardiogram any other investigations done like haemoglobin?

Different indication for doing an echo. You dont have to repeat echo frequently unless there is any structural abnormality. Your heart function is ok. The trace MR and AR are less likely to progress with this good heart function. The symptoms you are having is because of other conditions.
