Echo report
My echo report was done just a routine check up I am fit and fine does cardio exercise for 45 min daily, My Gp said there are mild changes in echo but nothing to worry it wont affect you. I am planning to do weight training to gain muscle and weight,kindly suggest me Thankyou.

You are talking of an echo done on 11.10.13... You do have a trivial valve leakage... Why you believe such old report will be valid till now.. Preferably repeat it before seeking any opinion...

Hello, Its a condition present since birth. There is nothing to worry at all. You can consult all your routine as it is. No medicines needed. Just keep doing your Echo every 2-3 years Take care
