Ecosprin 75 during pregnancy

I am 27yrs old.I'm 6weeks pregnant. Today I visited my dr.He told me to have usg next week and some blood tests.but he gave me lot of medicines-folinz,Avn plus,All9d and ecosprin 75.My blood group A+.never had miscarriage.I feel nausea,vomiting, headache,and strong sense of smell.Is ecosprin 75 safe for me?I asked my dr why he's suggesting ecosprin 75?He said so that I don't have miscarriage.He gave this medicine almost to everyone.
