Hi , My wife is in 13th week of pregnancy and after Usg level 1 scan ,Doctor recommended ecosprin 75mg once a day for blood thinning as there is high resistance in right side of uterine arteries.My concern is that is Ecosprin safe to take during pregnancy ?
