Hello.. Your symptoms of ED and reports with low testo and high FSH and LH suggest primary hypogonadism . Need to assess cause for that.. For treatment options if no definitive cause found testosterone treatment in the form of injections monthly can be started. It will improve your problems like decreased sex drive that libido and other symptoms .. Plz consult in person for detailed physical examination to qualified DM /DNB endocrinologist!!
