ED with microperforate hymen. Rectified?

Estrogen dominance with microperforate hymen...inlaws telling they did not know anything about it..n wife is not allowing a gyno to investigate her private organ with speculum or finger..I could sense Estrogen dominance from the following characteristics: tender n saggy elongated breasts n not aroused while touching breasts...fatty lower abdomen..mood swings n very very low sex drive...minor thyroid probs..hair loss.apart from this..when I myself tried to investigate her vagina..with my utter surprise..I found that there is a very very minute pinhole opening beneath the urethra...googled it n found as microperforate hymen..but she has normal periods n immense pain on the first day of period...inlaws constantly telling that no operation has been performed since birth..so no question of conversion of imperforate to microperforate hymen..now my question is if a girl is born with a pinhole vaginal opening..with estrogen dominance..is she a normal girl n if it can be rectified??plzz advice
