Effect of Running daily
I want to ask is there any risk in running for 3 km DAILY in running track(not concrete). I am experiencing pain in calf(back side) of both the legs, when I start running and even after that. I also do adequate amount of warm up and cool down exercise before and after running.

It's a gud think to go for 45 min of physical activity. Rehydrate your body with water content fruits and juices
