Effect of supradyne multivitamin tablet
I have been taking 01 supradyne multivitamin tablet daily since 3 years, will it damage my kidney or has any ill effect on body.

You shouldn't take multivitamins unnecessarily for so long. They arr complexed with preservatives and may harm kidneys in long term. Interstitial nephritis is a rare finding, but common if long term abuse of medicines is there.
Consult if necessary for better substitute.

It will not damage kidneys, but you stop the medicine.. take some simple B complex vitamins like Becasules..
