Can Anyone Elaborate This Report. I have done EBUS on 20th March. This report was generated by the hospital , doctor is absent so I wasn't able to consult him. Can anyone help me.?

It is not normal , Unfortunately The report is showing The probability of having sarcoidosis (a lung disease) But nothing to panic correlation of ct scan and patient complaints is important for me to say anything with certainty and then make diagnosis as the report is not very absolute Thanks
