Elbow bend and Frozen Shoulder
3 months back i had humerus surgery...break under shoulder till elbow...had 1 plate and 11 screws implanted. If I start physiotherapy and stretch forcefully, is there any effect for implant? Do they get loose? Please share any video/article links how to do physiotherapy for bending elbow and frozen shoulder.

• Contrast Bath. • Sports Taping. • Gentle Stretching • Do elbow strengthening exercise • Do stretching exercises:- • Forearm Rotation • Begin with your elbow at your side and bent to 90 degree. Turn your palm up and down as far as possible pain-free. Repeat 10 – 20 times. • Elbow Extension • Place your elbow on the edge of a bench or table . Straighten your elbow using your other hand until you feel a mild to moderate stretch pain-free. Repeat 10 – 20 times.
