Elbow pain
I am new mother with 10 week baby girl. I am having severe pain in my elbows after  4 week of birth of my daughter . I Also have pain in other joints like fingers, knees, wrists etc. My ESR is 26. RA factor is 4 ( negative) c reactive protein is 1.2. My doctor says it is rhematoid arthiritis, but all the blood test are negative except ESR being little high. Kindly suggest medicine as I am exclusive breastfeeding my daughter. Does joint pain have any link to breastfeeding. I don't want to take pain killers as I have polycystic kidneys and already on medication of high blood pressure since last 5 years. Does any alternative medicine in Ayurveda for joint pain like rhemartho is safe during breastfeeding. Presently I am also taking supplement for vitamin d3 and b12. Kindly suggest medicine

Please go for physiotherapy as its safe, without any side effects and will help decrease the pain & to increase muscle strength. Such kind of pains generally occur after child birth.

You don't have RA. You might be having multiple joint pain as pregnancy is a hypersonic state of the body associated with edema and water retention. Avoid medications, use hot/cold water compression instead. If your pain is unbearable then you can take medications like Evion LC, Ultracet  or best is use local gel application. Also breast feeding has no connection with joint pain.
Health Tips
Physiotherapy is helpful always..keep your joints mobile.
