Elbow support vissco/tynor company Its seem to be tennis elbow or golfer elbow. Depend where pain is originating.  Key to it is avoid excersies and rest for 10 days. And follow abve things If still not feeling better then physiotherpy will be required.  If still not working   then only steroid injection at  Pain site may be required.
