Hello sir is there surgery is the only option for myositis ossification i have complications of limited range of motion in my right elbow (extension 40 degre flexion 90degre),
and some pain

Not much of myositis ossificans visible.
It might be in early stage, which may need further evaluation .
Looks like you have post operative/ traumatic siffness, this requires you to do physiotherapy beyond average movement range.
Next Steps
Pain control is prime and take Cap Indocap SR 75 once daily to prevent myositis ossificans.
