Electric damage. Best thing to do now.

Hi! My sexual partner used an electric toy on my penis 2 weeks ago which was basically an electric cable with a ring and apparently it was set on the maximum voltage. I felt the pain immediately and told him to stop but it went on for another 30 seconds. Apparently I got electrocuted. Since then my penis has been sore especially erected. But there's no visible damage. ( just one area a little bit more red and painful to touch but the redness goes away sometimes ) + I took antibiotics in case of stds( azytromicine). I don't feel any pain ( only very slight one sometimes) and it's more sore when it's erected. I've gone to a doctor already but she didn't see anything and I didn't tell her about the electric toy. I was wondering whether there's something that may speed up healing and what's the best thing to do now.
