Elevated FT4 - Normal TSH
Taking Thyronorm 75 MCG. Current TSH 1.50 Free T4 - 1.82 ( lab cut off 1.76 ) Having severe joint pain especially foot . Blood pressure -130/96 Do I need to change thyroxin dose .

Your TSH and free T4 levels are normal. Recommend continuing the same thyroxin dose. Foot pain is unrelated to thyroid, it can be musculoskeletal or related to BP medications. BP is normal overall, topic bottom number of 96 is bit high
Next Steps
Monitor BP at home, goal is less than 135-140/90.
