Elevated liver enzymes
I have recently done my liver function test and found out that the values of SGOT/SGPT/GGT all are almost double and A/G ratio is 1.3. Ultrasound of abdomen is all normal and previously also I have done many test for liver diseases and also fibroscan which all have come normal.What is the reason for this elevated liver enzymes and why are they not coming back to normal

You may be having fatty liver disease. Get sonography of abdomen and pelvis. Share complete LFT and consult

Although liver enzymes can be raised without any identifiable cause, but various cause need to be ruled out. Diet and lifestyle can correct mild liver enzymes derrangements. HEPETITIS tests may also be needed.
