My menses are regular and they last for 5 days. I have been taking ovral-l as means to prevent pregnancy. I have been taking ovral l for last few months. But this time I lost my strip. And I forgot how many tablets were left. I have already started a new pack. Can you please suggest what I should do now? This is urgent. So please help as soon as possible.
