Endocrinologist thyroidproblem
Hi doctor
My mother 64 is having toxic thyroid goitre and by neomercazole the t3 t4 & tsh have come within normal limits .
There are 5 nodules on both side and 3 are hot and mixed and two are follicular and non active .pt scan showed 3 hot nodules.
Now my query is the endocrine physician says it doesn't nod operatiobut endocrinal surgeon says it shd be ooeratef to avoid any complication in future. Please guide.what is the best possible option

Wait for a few month follow the Endocrinologist if the nodules become bigger in size and more hot you need to operate or if the symptoms of Thyroid axis Excel surgery may be indicated
