Endometrial cavity likely polyp
My wife is on treatment for low fertility and the doctor asked for ultrasound of ovaluation for checking the egg formation. When I did it shows report as 'seen 17 x 13mm well defined hyperechoic lesion protruding into the endometrial cavity likely polyp'. I want to ask if 1.this can obstruct in being pregnancy 2.Any problem having polyp' 3.Any Treatment

Yes it seems big enough to cause some problem during pregnancy. Better to get a hysteroscopy for same and get it removed
