Endometrial echo3s Without halo
I went for transabdominal USG and not Tvs. Also 24th oct was my last period date and till date I did not get periods.
USG was normal. My endometrial echoes without halo was 3.6mm on 2dec (today). What is endometrial.echoes without halo? Is it normal? (There was no cysts. I generally miss periods one month only every year.)
Please tell dear drs.

Go for urine pregnancy test to rule out prenancy
If no pregnancy , take withdrawal pills
Than go for ultrasound scan rule out pathology
