I recently had laproscopy, the impression in the pathological report is irregular ripening of endometrium, can you please tell me what is meant by irregular ripening of the endometrium? is is dangerous? i also have pcod thank you

It is not dangerous.  Do not worry. The fact that you have PCOD  supports the report.but you will need to take  the right medication .
