I did laprascopic surgery for this problem along with tubes blockage cyst size is 4 cm x 4 cm better to avoid reoccurance of this problem three months once to do scanning if it is there in Small size take medicine and keep on trying for natural pregnancy doctor told me everything is normal u can try pregnancy normally three months after that she suggested ivf can i go ivf now am just 26 years old and last year only am married

Get your ovarian reserve checked by doing a blood test (Serum AMH) and your husbands semen analysis. Was it confirmed on the laparoscopy that tubes are patent?
If the above reports are normal, you can try naturally for a couple of months.
If AMH is low or husband count/motility are low or if one or both tubes are blocked, please meet a fertility specialist.
