How to know if I have endometriosis? Do I need to do HSG or a normal vaginal ultrasound will help in detection? Please advise.

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Ultrasound (pelvis) can be done to find out,  confirmatory test is LAPAROSCOPY. HSG will not be helpful...
