What is the IVF Success treatment in endometriotic cyst 36*31 mm right said & left said cyst 35*26 mm detect . 3 time to IUI process but no success and and endometriotic cyst in operate. and operate before 2 time IUI process but not success & doctor sagest in IVF treatment. & Your consult in my problem solution. plz give me a right solution.

The endometriosis cyst releases chemicals that affect fertility. It is best that u go for ivf immediately following the cyst removal. Make sure that the cyst is removed completely- enucleation rather than aspiration. Details can be sought out if u meet an ivf/ infertility consultant on how to go ahead.
Repeated failure of iui with recurrence in endometriosis cyst goes for ivf after age of 30 yrs but the plan be discussed in detail in person with ur consultant.
