Enhanced inflammation on facial skin
I have the chronic addiction of using topical steroid ointments like clobetasol and i have been using them from past 15 years.
Now, i want to abstain from its use but it gets complicated as i feel inflammation on my face.
So recommend me some immediate remedy.

1. Start using a sunscreen
2. Limit sun exposure
3. Use a moisturiser regularly.
These will reduce irritation that may come up on with drawing the steroid cream.
