Enlarged liver
Hii i am 28years old from the past 8-9month there has been slight pain in my left abdomen today i have doje sonography and it shows mildly enlarged lever size 14.6cms and reveals diffused increased echogenecity of the heptaic parenchyma. so i want to know is it curable or it has reached chirrosis stage and also too much gas is building in from the past 30month. i consume alcohol but not that much from the past 2month no consumption

[ ] Fatty liver can be due to alcohol intake or due to obesity ,can be due non Alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Generally these are reversible if care taken means need to do physical exercise , need to decrease weight. Quit alcohol if being consumed. There are some medicines which boost up liver and helps in regaining function of liver , advised when required. Feel free to ask any further quary related to this.
