Enlarged prostate gland
Hi, a person with 62 years has got a sudden prostate enlargement, should we do operation or should ask doctor to give medicine as per attached prescription. Any good and special suggestion on this case will be helpful.

Usually we will give a course of medicine for 10 to 14 days and remove the catheter... We will see whether the patient is able to pass urine freely or not... If he is not passing urine after course of medication then surgery will be needed...
