My son has been suffering with a kind of wheezing sound for last 3 months. However he is very active and there is no fever in these days . What would be the reason for this .

Wheezing indicates lower respiratory tract disease, most common diagnosis would be Hyper-reactive Airway disease, also known as Asthma.
You can take him to a Pediatrician in your town for further management.
