I heard practo is providing full body check up for rs. 999. I'm 43 years old. If it is the case then plz provide me the address in hyderabad where I can go for general check up. And whether the check up should be done on empty stomach. Thank you.

Kindly use practo app to find best doctors and hospitals in your city... Regarding emty stomach...yes its better to go on empty stomach as tests like thyroid profile,fbs etc done after 10 to 12 hours of fasting.
