5 years back i had a ear(left) opertion in hyderabad,but now i am feeling uneasy in my left ear (like somthing moving in my ear).

You seem to have undergone left sided tympanoplasty for perforated ear drum. If your symptoms are acute then it may be simple eustachian tube dysfunction secondary to common cold or there may be wax inside your ear canal. Direct ear examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis
