EPIGASTRIC BURNING
I am suffering from epigastric burning for the past 1 yr and my doctor did my endoscopy and found nothing. There was mild hyperemia in the pyloric region to which he said that it was normal . What can be the cause of epigastric burning now ? I have taken PPI, Gaviscon , Sufrate O , Mucaine but nothing seems to work. Can this epigastric burning a result of IBS or IBD ? Report of endoscopy attached . How to treat Epigastric Burning effectively ? What should be the approach in such cases ?
