Yesterday night, when I was trying to sleep I suddenly felt confused and weird... I woke up and within minutes My upper body was on fire-Severe hot flash. I felt I was going to faint and my heart going to stop as it was also getting palpitations. I rushed to my family woke them up and my heart rate was crazily high that time. I check my BP it was mildly elevated. Then after 15 minutes I got better and eventually I went to sleep and woke up one hour before..What could this be? I have cold since two days I had a complete blood test two months back along with blood smear

Maybe you had slight temperature rise also at night which you didn't realise.. sudden sweating might have happened because of that.. definitely your heart rate will be more at that point of time due to anxiety.. plenty of fluids you should consume.. more than 3 litres per day..avoid stress and tensions,sleep minimum of 8 hours at night..relax.. if your symptoms repeat again then consult
