You are diagnosed as a case of premature ejaculation if you always or nearly always discharge within a minute of penetration or even brfore starting sex. It usually occurs in males who masturbate earlier because during masturbation, timing is not important and the body system gets used to discharge early. The condition is totally curable with Ayurvedic medicines and counselling.
Next Steps
Consult a good Ayurvedic Sexologist.
