Erectile dysfunction
I have had erectile dysfunction for the past two years. I have been taking generic viagra dosage 50mg now increased to 100mg with adequate results. Lately I am having problems with getting erections and maintaining the same. Do I require to increase my doseage or change the medication. I also feel it may be performance anxiety. Please advise. I'm 46 years old very fit physically with no health problems. No diabetes or heart related issues.

Hello....... Don't increase dosage without consulting doctor and it's not good to increase it either.. Mental stress, physical stress, anxiety, overindulge in sex, smoking, alcohol all these play role in erectile dysfunction.. Cut down alcohol, stop smoking, do breathing exercise daily.. Maintain healthy body.. Consult psychiatrist..
