Tobacco use,Alcoholism and other forms of substance abuse,Sleep disorders affect the sexuality of person so avoid them . psychological factors including Depression, anxiety or other mental health conditions,Stress,Relationship problems due to stress, poor communication or other concerns are also contribute to ED ,so its better to find out cause and correct it rather than taking medicines for erection
